Who are we?

PEPPEDUP BV (VAT no. BE1008.465.844), registered at Grotestraat 79/41, 3600 Genk, Belgium, is the controller of the personal data processed through this site and the Marcel platform. You can reach us at peters-vincent@outlook.com.

What data do we process?

Depending on how you use us, we process:

Account details: your name, email address, company name and chosen plan when you create an account.
Contact details: whatever you enter in the contact form yourself (name, company, email address, phone number and your message).
Marketing data from your own channels: when you connect your Meta, Google, TikTok or email accounts, we retrieve statistics and campaign data from them to display in your dashboard.
Technical data: limited log data needed to run and secure the service.

What do we use that data for?

To create your account and give you access to the platform (performance of the contract).
To show and analyse your marketing results and deliver your weekly advice.
To answer your questions when you contact us.
To secure the service and prevent misuse (legitimate interest).
To comply with our legal obligations, such as accounting.

Do we share data with others?

We never sell your data. We do work with processors needed to run the service, such as our hosting and database provider, and the platforms you connect yourself (Meta, Google, TikTok). They may only use your data for the service they provide to us.

How long do we keep your data?

We keep your account and marketing data for as long as you are a customer. If you cancel, we delete it within a reasonable period, except for what we are legally required to retain (such as invoices, usually seven years). Messages sent through the contact form are kept for as long as we need them to handle your question.

Your rights

You have the right to view, correct or delete your data. You can also object to certain processing, request that processing be restricted, and ask for your data in a portable format. Send an email to peters-vincent@outlook.com.

If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can file a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (www.dataprotectionauthority.be).

Cookies

This site uses no tracking or advertising cookies. The dashboard itself only uses the technically necessary storage to keep you logged in.

We may update this policy when our service changes. The date at the top shows when the last change was made.
